Map Attack! is a fun, effective way for
students of all ages and grade levels to learn map skills and become
more geographically literate. Map Attack! comes in three editions:
World, U.S., or Washington State. Each pull-apart book contains
75 locations, each with three clues. Each week students follow these 3
clues to find the secret location somewhere on the map or globe. Also
included are student worksheets, glossary, class chart, award
certificates, and teacher's guide. Student worksheets guide the
students through basic map skills of reading map keys, scale,
directions, hemispheres, latitude and longitude, and map coordinates.
Clues can be used by primary ages, worksheets are appropriate for 4th
grade and up. The Washington State Supplement gives Washington
State users an additional 75 clues.
